Tattooing has always been more than decoration to me. It’s identity, memory, and storytelling carried on the body. Every piece we create here is custom and built specifically for the individual wearing it.

Incognito Tattoo is a private studio located in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, specializing in engraving style, botanical, and illustrative tattoo work. We operate by appointment only, which allows us to give each client our full attention—from initial concept through final healing.

This structure creates a very different experience than a traditional walk-in shop. There’s space to think, collaborate, and execute work at the highest level without distraction.

I founded Incognito Tattoo to create the kind of studio I always wanted to work in—quiet, focused, and rooted in artistic integrity.

My work is heavily influenced by classical engraving, botanical illustration, natural forms, and historical symbolism. I specialize in highly detailed tattoos, large-scale compositions, and illustrative work designed specifically for the flow of the body.

Every tattoo I create begins with a conversation. Understanding the person, the intention, and the placement is essential to building something that feels permanent in the right way.

Tattooing is a collaboration, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Sara Lou — Tattoo Artist

Sara Lou brings a deeply refined and sensitive approach to tattooing, with a focus on botanical subjects, wildlife, and natural forms.

Her work captures the structure and beauty of nature with precision and clarity, whether it’s a botanical piece, pet portrait, or wildlife subject. She has an incredible ability to translate emotional connection into visual form.
